Men's Senior Coach Announced for 2018

Written on the 8 January 2018

It is with great excitement that we welcome back Mark Vigus to The Roo Pen as our Men's Senior Playing Coach for 2018 & 2019. Mark's experience, knowledge of the game, and familiarity with our football club will undoubtedly benefit on-field performance and the overall growth of the Robina Roos. Having previously played for three seasons with the Roos (two as Coach), Mark has gained a high level of respect within our Club and we look forward to what he has to bring in 2018.

In addition to the prospect of coaching our Men's Senior Team again, Mark has also expressed his excitement at working along side our new Women's Team to improve the Club's overall professionalism, culture and on-field success. With some new faces having already appeared and a core group of past players re-signing with the Roos, 2018 and beyond looks promising for the blue & white.

Men's Senior and Reserves training will resume this Thursday night at Broadbeach Park (opposite Broadbeach Primary) at 5:45pm. For all player enquiries, please feel free to contact Mark on 0438 065 102.

R10 Coach's Review - Robina Vs Park Ridge (Seniors)

It was always going to be a big ask coming up against Park Ridge who had only lost 1 game to date and were sitting pretty in second place on the ladder but it was a credit to our playing group that the Pirates would have left feeling extremely lucky to get the four points and were made to work a lot harder than they expected. Our boys sta...
