Annual General Meeting

Robina Roos Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on the 22nd of January, 2015 at 7:30pm. 

Items to be discussed and actioned at the AGM include:

  1. Receive the association's financial statement, and signed statement, for the 2013/14 financial year;
  2. Presentation of the financial statement and signed statement to the meeting for adoption;
  3. Election of members of the management committee for the upcoming year.

Candidates that have been nomindated for vacant positions on the management committee will be displayed at the club by no later than Thursday 15th of January.

All members (registered players, committee members or life members) are welcome to attend and participate in the voting of the new management committee for the upcoming season. Non-members may only attend if acting via proxy on behalf of a current member, in which a proxy form must be completed prior to the AGM. You can download a proxy form by clicking here.
