Robina ARFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on the 20th of November, 2025 at 7:30pm.  Items to be discussed and actioned at the AGM include: - Receive the association's financial statement, and signed statement, for the 2024/25 financial year;
 - Presentation of the financial statement and signed statement to the meeting for adoption;
 - Election of members of the management committee for the upcoming year. The available positions include:
 
- Senior President
 - Senior Vice President
 - Junior President
 - Junior Vice President
 - Treasurer
 
  
 Please note: this is not a General Meeting and only matters listed above will be covered on the night. If you would like to nominate for a position on the management committee for a position not listed above (or for a sub-committee position for 2026), please email your expression of interest to info@robinaroos.com.au. Candidates that have been nominated for vacant positions on the management committee will be displayed at the club by no later than Thursday 13th of November, 2025. All members (registered senior players, parents of registered juniors, committee members or life members) are welcome to attend and participate in the voting process.
